  • My 1:1 coaching packages start at $269 per month, taxes included. Coaching is an investment in creating lasting change, and I work with clients to find a structure that fits their goals and budget.

    There is an initial 3-month commitment (paid in advance) which I feel is important to lay the groundwork for moving forward productively. After that, it’s month-to-month - no long-term contracts.

  • All coaching calls are conducted via Zoom. This allows us to connect face-to-face, no matter where you are, and ensures we have focused, productive conversations. I also use an AI notetaker app during our calls, so I can focus 100% on you instead of manually taking notes.

    After each session, you’ll receive a detailed call summary via email, ensuring you have clear takeaways and action steps to keep moving forward.

    How often we talk can vary depending on the person and the goals we’re working towards. For most people, in the initial 1-3 months, we’ll talk on a weekly basis to make sure we’re making a solid start. After that, it usually drops to once every two weeks or in rare cases, as seldom as once per month.

    For some folks, it stays at once per week, or during particularly challenging times, could even be a couple of times per week. Again, it really depends on you and what you need.

  • Coaching includes:

    • Regular check-ins to track progress and make adjustments.

    • Accountability to help you stay consistent.

    • Tools and strategies for nutrition, activity, mindset, and more.

    In addition to our 1:1 coaching calls, we’ll use lots of different resources on an ongoing basis (forms, infographics, etc.) to help you with what we’re working on, and you’ll also have free access to ALL of our online courses for as long as we’re working together on your coaching goals.

    Coaching offers personalised one-on-one support, accountability, and guidance tailored specifically to your goals and challenges. It’s ideal for anyone who’s ready to commit to making sustainable changes in their life. If you’ve tried going it alone and feel stuck or need guidance to stay consistent, coaching can provide the structure and support you need.

  • Your initial consultation with me is 100% free. There is no catch.

    This first conversation will let us get to know each other, help me understand where you’re coming from and how I may be able to help you on your journey, and give us a good idea if we can work well together before we invest in the relationship further.

    An effective coaching relationship really IS a relationship, and like all other relationships, it really needs to “click” to work. If it doesn’t feel like the right fit, there’s no commitment to continue for either of us.
