    • The Self-Paced versions allow you to start any time and progress at your own pace, giving you complete flexibility. You’ll have access to email support for the duration of the paced versions of the course, and full access to all course materials for twice that duration (E.G. 6 months access for a 3 month long course)

    • The Self-Directed versions also allow you to start any time, but they provide structured pacing with lessons delivered on a schedule to help keep you on track. This option also includes email support for the duration of the course, and full access to all course materials for twice that duration.

    • The Plus versions are designed for those who want extra accountability and support. They’re cohort-based, meaning you’ll progress alongside a group of participants, with lessons paced on a schedule. You’ll also benefit from live group coaching calls—weekly during the first 4 weeks and bi-weekly for the remainder of the course. You’ll have full access to the course with extended email support for double the course length.

    • Our coaching clients have access to ALL our courses and get the full VIP treatment, with personalised one-on-one support, accountability, and guidance tailored specifically to their goals and challenges.

      Coaching is ideal for anyone who’s ready to commit to making sustainable changes in their life and able to invest the time and money to ensure great results.

    • Our Self-Paced and Self-Directed versions allow you to start any time, and there are no limits on enrollment.

    • The start date for our next round of Group Coaching courses (the “Plus” versions) should be in a scrolling announcement bar right above this FAQ. We set specific start dates for the Plus versions so that everyone is on the same page / at the same point in the course when we do our group calls.

    • If you miss a start date but still want to join the course in progress, you can do that, but you will need to catch up on any required lessons / reading as quickly as possible - the course will proceed as scheduled regardless.

    • Because I personally support every Plus group, I do limit enrollment for each Plus course cohort. At this time I am limiting each group to no more than 20 members to ensure everyone gets the best learning experience possible.

  • Our courses are delivered entirely online through our learning platform, Practice Better. You’ll have access to all lessons, assignments, and resources directly within the platform. Downloadable materials, such as forms or guides, can be accessed either within the platform or on our Resources Library page at www.btgfitness.com/resources-library.

  • Our courses are designed to fit into even the busiest of schedules. On days with recommended reading, you’ll need about 15 minutes to review the material and reflect on how to apply it. On other days, it may take just a few minutes to read the daily email and stay on track.

    There are a handful of lessons in some courses that are slightly longer, but overall, our courses is structured to be manageable and sustainable, no matter your schedule.

  • I get it – life happens.  That’s why you’ll have access to your course for double the length of time it takes to deliver the paced versions. This allows you to work through the material at a more relaxed pace if needed or return to the course after a busy week without falling behind.

    One of the lessons I include in every course talks about specific strategies for navigating situations like if illness, injuries or travel pop up.

    The only thing to keep in mind is that the paced emails will continue to be delivered on their original schedule from your course start date. This is a technical limitation of our online course platform, but it won’t impact your ability to revisit lessons and progress on your own terms.

  • Your health journey doesn’t stop when your course ends.

    • You’ll continue to have access to your course and materials for double the length of the course itself if you’d like to revisit any of it on your own time. Plus version students will continue to have access to email support the entire time they have access to the course.

  • Absolutely! The material we use in the courses is all available in my books as well. You can check them out and get links to buy them on our Books page here.

    That said, our courses are constantly evolving, while the books are updated less frequently. For the most up-to-date info to help you reach your goals, the courses are the way to go.
